It is bcos d gas(name yet to be known) we sneeze out dat instant can damage d eye leading to poor vision.d gas most diffuse into d thin air b4 we open our eyes(difusion rate is same as speed of light).
Natural reflexs made it easier 4us not 2 b afected.
