It's no longer news that the vice chanchellor of our great institution will be bowing out in less than a year time. Despite criticism, the school has witnesed a lot of transformation during his reign. From attracting over 2 billion private sector involvement to massive infrastructural development with federal location, Nebo's reign is no dobt a blessing to UNN. What do think about Nebo regime, GO AND POST YOUR ASSESMENT NOW!!!

He was voted the best V.C in Africa by the Association of African Students. I think the award is deserving!

True. I think he has done well. I wish his tenure could be extended if there is anything like that. I think whoever his successor would be will have to work hard to meet with the pace Nebo has set.

I must admit V.C Nebo has done but good and bad 4 the university community, one very thing he would be remembered 4 is the complition of the abandoned structures in the school, he would also be remembered for blocking all the roads of tidy(for both staff and student). so if u ask me i'ld say let him go......

ActionMan is back. I have been without internet access for some weeks. Yes, ooo, what are you guys talking about Nebo - good and bad? What of ugly? Anyway, I would expect you guys to lay all the good works Nebo has done versus his bad works so the community can decide whether he has done well or not. So, please, starting with OkwyJesus, what are Nebo's achievements? Let us hear them.

He has done well in the school Structure but what about the WELFARE of the student and what about the right of the student and the imprisonment of the Students Union Government. To me the VC has NO REGARD for what the Union stands for. if we say that their is "NO TIDY'' we lie, think about the admission quota, employment, attitude of staff etc He is so political.   fist up   . from  Cross

I think he has done well but he has to consider students in his next adminsrtration probably in another school. Imagine increasing our school fees and banning bikes

The V.C has done well and bad there is no doubt about that. Because there is no man in this world including the so called anointed that does not engage in bad things.

@Tony
Where did you get your information?

Let ask ourselves this questions, what was the standard that was given/left to/for him by his predecessor? We all might have heard before he came in, that UNN was ASUU itself. Also UNN was a slaughter ground then? Everyday internal strike that the school went on strike for good one year leaving the new intakes then to wonder if they had lost their admission. Also I remember lord mayor’s article on Zik’s flat he said and I quote “ that if Zik should wake up from his grave he will recognize the building he had left for the past 30 year.” But now I guess Zik will not even recognize flat again.

I was so astonished when I found out that in 2004, NUC ranked universities in Nigerian and UNN was not ranked among the first 50 schools in Nigeria. That the only bank in the school then, was intercontinental bank and Nsukka community bank? Also that student receives lecture at the stadium?

I will stop here I await your opinion, so that I can continue my assertions and then draw my final conclusion
