What's the oat taking all about? Do they take oath after graduating? What's the relevance of the oath to today's world? Do they remember the oaths when they're dispersing their professional duties? Is it a kind of code of conducts and ethics?

presumably, after the oath taking They re inducted into the professional body. Its actually sound nice.
