Obafemi Awolowo University to host Hockey Tourney

Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife will stage a university hockey tournament organized by The Nigerian Universities Games Association.

NUGA’s technical committee chairman, Nick Igbolwe said thatin a statement released to newsmen in Aba on sunday that the competition would hold from October 23rd to October 27th.

He said that the competition which was sponsored by HOTLINk Communications and Industrial General Insurance would be aimed at ending the drought of sporting competitions in Nigerian Universities.
