Hostel allocation.

Welcome distinguished freshmen and old students to this thread.I was just thinking that through this thread we(the freshers) would get to know more about the hostel allocation in our great institution.Also through this,we would get to know how the hostel is allocated, either randomly as i heard or on the basis of first come,first serve? How much is/was the hostel scratch card? Also which hostel is/are the best in the school campuses,tips on how to get them(i mean get allocated into the best hostels) and the rules governing the school hostels.Once again welcome as post ur ideas,comments and answers to this and more teeming questions.Thanks.

Njukwu hostels is normally allocated to most medicine,pharmacy and vit.medicine guys.i fink is d best hostel in school. Because it is neat,quiet,d hostel hv glass window and net to free 4rm mosquito and above all it is noise free, it is nt lik mbanefo dat is ........!

I know there are only three undergraduate hostels for boys in nsukka campus, so am asking, is Njukwu hostel in Nsukka campus or Unec? Is it a boys' or girls' hostel?

Accomodation/service charge of N9,000 for male hostels and N11,500 for female hostels are not part of a fee structure and are payable only after payment of the sundry fees and evidence of hostel allocation.Hall levy of N500 is payable to Hostel government at the halls.Adapted from www.unnforum.com.

Nice one,i think ur choice of words are exquisite but let me add to what u said,Never enter a profession bcos of the money there but have the mind set of helping humanity and restoring balance to the world .Most people go into a profession that was not destined 4 them and when they graduate even the money ,they wouldn't get it as they would when they did the course meant 4 them.And that  explains  why after so many have graduated 4rm the medical school only few are recognised and famous.As Okoro said earlier,money is the reward and it seems that u are confused, ask God 4 guidance and he would help u to the course u were meant 2 study. When i say ask God, i mean pray on ur own don't go to the pastor 4 prayer he would deliberately answer if u're his child.I know how risky it would be if u have already gotten admission into a different course not meant 4 u but still pray a stitch in time saves nine.
