I was shocked on seeing the negligible number of names in the list.
It was unimaginable.
Even, the list had no names for Medicine& Surgery candidates.
It is pitiable.

I am however, glad that most of the forumites made it.
Some due to no fault of theirs couldn't find their names there.

Having said the above, some are now contemplating on purchasing the supplimentary forms.
That undoubtedly is a good move but let me state categorically:
THAT YOUR CHANCES OF BEING ADMITTED THROUGH SUPPLEMENTARY ARE SLIM, as you are not the only one shopping.
And sadly this year's courses advert seems to be the worst over the years in that
only a few departments were advertised and most of them have limited spaces.

Please the fact that you paid ten thousand naira is not a guaranty that you will be admitted.
The fact that your average dwarfs the cut-off mark of the course you want to shop for also is not a surety.
So if you are going for supplementary, shop judiciously, knowing full well that:

*there are other candidates shopping for the same course too (maybe with higher marks).
and that
*there are limited spaces available.

Please nobody can authoritavely tell you which course to shop for since UNN cut-off marks were not officially released.
So there is no way I, for example, can get the cut offs of the various departments advertised and contrast it with your average to ascertain your chances.
You see why I said that you have no guaranty and that it is a very risk venture.
So I advise that you apply wisdom while shopping.

well i really would advice you Jst go down to the sch and see things for urself before you make the wrong choice. In as much as these cut offs were not made publicly but its there in the departments so Jst get there and check out the department u're going for.

In this context, I think you can, because Veterinary Medicine normally has a very low or the lowest cut-off among all departments.
Last two years it wasn't up to 190.
So go ahead knowing full well that it is all the same a risky venture.

Good luck!

Please I think that those going for supplementary should start using ELIMINATION METHOD.
Just get about three or four courses you think you are eligible to shop for,  get the cut off marks of those courses, then do your analysis by gauging:
*the number of spaces advertised.
* the difference between your average score and the cut-off  marks of those courses.
* eliminate the courses you think you are not likely to get if you go for them.
* then arrive at one course and go for it, bearing in mind that things like this are full of uncertainty.

Finally cast all your hopes on God and wait for the outcome.
And be prepared to accept with equanimity whatever becomes of the shopping, whether good or bad.
MAY the Lord in his infinite mercies guide you and grant your heart desires.
It is well...
