Advice to advert form applicants

This forum has always been very helpful to lions and lionesses,more especialy PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS. Since my six yrs stay in the den and as a PG student,this forum has helped me personaly,so i must use my contacts and time in a little way,2 help those that need me. If u are an advert form applicant,pls make sure dat:
1. U scored upto 160 in d pume
2. Make sure dat ur o'levels are suitable 4 d depts u are applying
3. Make u knw d cut off mark for d dept u are applyin and make sure ur pume score is very much above it
4. Apply 4 a dept that has much adverts wit very low cut off
5. Dnt apply under a competitive depts cuz there are alot of applicants with better and higher scores than u
6. Make sure u dnt omit or make any mistake during d filling of d form
7. Purchase and fill d form b4 d deadline
8. Always pray after submttin d form

To be honest wit u,this is d 1st time it has happened since d advent of great UNN 4 d school to bring out adverts without uploading d departmental cut off marks on net 4 advert applicants 2 see and know where to apply. There is a change in d admission & its admistration due to change of VC and he has a reason 4 dat which i cant say here cuz i dont who is readin cuz am a member in d admistrative body under plannin unit. All my candidates keep askin me same questions and i know where to put them which everybody dat scored upto 160 is free 2 apply,that is after makin my consultations. For instance BCH is 230,CIVLI ENGRG is 233,CBS is 236,BOTANY is 220 and so on. So there is no way u people shld expect me 2 mention all d deptmental cut off marks here unles after makin consultations concernin my candidates bt 4 nw,i wil keep in touch.

Yes u can and pray cuz most of d people dat were cut off 4rm medsurg and pharmacy might be shoppin there like u,d cut off for biochemistry is 230. Gudluck

We are not concerned abt money here first,i have to see those results and ur o'levels b4 we start talkin abt money. Meanwhile,yes u can stil get ur former course u filled in d jamb bt dat depends on if u cant meet up wit d price,i think applyin 2 lesser courses wil be cheaper if u want 2 runs it. Wen d site wil officialy open 4 d general public,just go and comfirm wat i hav just said ok cuz i knw dat some people wil be askin how is dis possible or be havin doubts how i did it wen d site wil be opened. PLs where can one do the application for advert in unn portal?

For those candidates that have been offered admission, what type of scratch card are such candidates going to use in order to access the UNN web portal? According to them, such candidates are asked to "log in JAMB registration number, print the admission slip and complete acceptance form online". I am one of such candidates that have been offered admission but when i went to UNN web portal, i clicked on "Check admission status" but it said name not on primary list or not yet uploaded and that you should check back letter. So where are we suppose to print out this "admission slip"? Printing of the "admission slip" as stated here ( www.sunnewsonline.com/webpages/news/national/2010/oct/05/national-05-10-2010-023.htm ) is it together with when you click "Acceptance of Admission" that is on UNN web portal? What access code are we to supply after clicking the "Acceptance of Admission"? Is it the one from the scratch card you use in checking your result or is it the one from the scratch card you will obtain from bank after paying the sum of 25,000 naira for the acceptance fee? Please somebody should help. If anyone has done his/hers should explain better. Am waiting, please someone should help.
