It's pretty much straight forward these days applying for oversea admission. Most Universities in UK now allow online application. When you apply online, they'll then ask that you send copies of your certificates, reference letters and other details through post, fax or scanned email. If you qualify for a place, they'll issue you a letter of onditional offer of admission until you make some payment. After making a required payment, they'll issue you with an unconditional offer letter which is what you'll need to go to the embassy for Student visa application with.

Are there any specific schools in UK that you have in mind? I studied in City University London myself and find it to be a very good school. If you have any school in my mind, I could help you find out more info about the school. You could send me a private message for that.

Also, BCIE helps Nigerian Students to seek admissions overseas. I'm not sure if you'll relly need their services since you can do almost everything online. But if you decide to use them, their details are:

In addition, you can find more information in the British Council in Nigeria. Their website if:

For Student visa related queries, please, visit the UKVISAS website here:

If you need any other help, please, do let me know and I can assist as much as I can.

Thanks.

I think its a very green field .....the next 5-9 years as there would be loads of professions currently unheard of.

I agree with Prime Time. There are so many good schools in Dublin. Infact, many Nigerians that studied oversees back in the days attended the famous Trinity College Ireland. This is still one of the best Universities in the world. They also have University College Dublin, University College Cork, Griffith College, National College of Ireland, Dublin City University, Dublin Business School, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, etc and all these are top rated Universities. Also, tuition fees are cheaper in Ireland compared to UK. There are also many Nigerians already studying at graduate and post graduate levels in these Universities.
