Seventy-two-year old grandma, Pearl Carter
from Indiana astonished everyone when she
disclosed her plans of having a baby not with
anyone else but her own 26-year-old
grandson, Phil Bailey.
The granny stated that she had never felt
happier following her love connection with
Bailey. The New Idea Magazine of New Zealand
stated that the granny used her pensions
amounting to 54,000 US dollars to pay a
surrogate mother who would give birth to her
grandchild’s baby.
The granny looks real lucky as she still found
love at such an age.
In an interview she stated, “I am not
interested in anyone else’s opinion. I am in love
with Phil. Soon I’ll be holding my son or
daughter in my arms and Phil will be the proud
dad. ”
Furthermore Carter, the love struck granny
added that when she saw Phil Bailey for the
first time, they both knew that they would by
no means have a granny-grandchild
relationship.
On the other hand, Phil Bailey also advocated
blind love by saying, “I love Pearl. I’ve always
been attracted to older women and I think
Pearl is gorgeous. Now I ’m going to be a dad.
We get laughed at and bullied when we go out
and kiss in public. You can ’t help who you fall
for.”
Phil Bailey’s mother, Lynette Bailey, died of
brain cancer and her demise left Phil
distressed. After the death of her mother, he
started to look for his grandmother. When he
found Carter, they fell in love at first sight and
so it all began.
