@Harmony,It might not be possible to change from Stat to com. sci now in you re offered admission. If they do not require the same subjects, one can simply plead deficiency in a subject so they allow you choose any other course. However as they have already told you, with good G.P you can change after your 1st yr, all you need do is buy change of course form and bang you re there.

All u av 2 do is 2wards d end of 2nd semester u buy change of course form,and because where u re changing 2 is within d same faculty ur chances of entering 2nd yr is 80% then u have 2 work on ur G.P in this ur 1st yr..cheers!
