Guy, this really shows unseriousness on your side. I don't mean to insult you!
What have you been doing all these while? Even if you are outside Nigeria, for the sake of say you really needed the admission, you should have come down to Nsukka to get the card and do the acceptance. Anyway, lets hope the acceptance has not yet closed!
But guy, you need to be serious especially in matters that concern your future.

In my opinion, Wando said the right thing. You can go to the school and find out if there is a possible solution. That you reside in Lagos should not deprive you of this GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY. e no easy to get admission o! hmmm
