As l pounder on the difficulty experienced by MTN customers for nearly a week now as it concern loading your Phone it dawn on me that MTN herself is just like the little baby wt only pampers and a top learning to walk that graced that N200 recharge card. If a multi- national like MTN  to struggle for almost a week now just to handle a minor techinical problem then they are still learning to walk. No wonder their code is easy is break.

I was in Nigeria recently and I was so disappointed that MTN is still at this stage after several years of milking money from Nigerians. One would expect that their services would have improved better than they currently are. I could barely load cards I bought as I tried all week long. I think rather than continuously expanding their network, they should focus on improving on their services. This is annoying Angry

Sure they are improving at snail's pace, at least with d introduction of 3.5G with enables video calls as well as faster packet data services.

Ruling a business is onerous just as it is rewarding. MTN is not what we expect but they have done well for themselves and us. All that is left is for someone or a group to build on the infrastructures in place to make thingsa beta. No offenses meant but we are moving on
