Sad we went out in the most pathetic of circumstances. What do we do with the joke called Amodu? By the way, for those intrested, the third place match is 5pm between Nigeria and Algeria today. hmmm

So, a third place finish for the Super Eagles. To say that we are all tired of the bronze is to state the obvious. Today, Ghana plays Egypt. It is one match you can't afford to miss.

And the Pharoahs are kings of African Football once again.
Are there no other teams in Africa?

It is really monotonous to see Egypt win the trophy again. Sincerely, i think they are the best team in Africa by a mile. Teamwork, committment and a great coach is their hallmark. For Ghana, they could take consolation on the fact that a youthful team in transition could defy the bookmakers, and reach the final. For Angola, they were great host although, the attack on the Togo team was a grey area. In all, it is safe to say that the 27th edition of the cup of nations was a success.
